When Will My Order Arrive: 

We strive to ship out all orders received by 12:00 P.M. Central Standard Time Monday-Friday the Same Day (Major Holidays excluded). However, Due to the number of orders that we process, it may take up to 2 days before your order ships. In the event that it may take longer than 2 days to process your order, we will contact you via e-mail and give you the status of your order. The shipping map below will give an indication of Ground shipping times from our store to your location. If you choose UPS Sure Post or Fed-Ex Smart Post for lightweight packages please allow 3-8 business days for arrival. 

 

Route Package Protection:

We highly recommend all of our customers to purchase the Route Package Protection, as it is the only way to insure your entire order. Route Package Protection is a small fee that will depend on the size and price of your order, which insures your entire package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen during the shipping process. 

If your order has been delivered damaged with Route Protection, please immediately photograph the box and any damaged items, and email them to us at orders@repaintsupply.com along with an explanation of what happened, and your order number so we can process a claim for you. 

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, Route policy requires us to wait 5 days before a claim can be processed. This is due to some shipping carriers marking packages as delivered when they are running behind, and most of the time the packages arrives the next day, or a few days later. If it has been 5 days, please email us at orders@repaintsupply.com with your order number and an explanation of what happened. 

 

Expedited Services:

If you wish to have your order shipped using UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select, please give us a call at 1-888-709-8131.

Orders containing Flammable and Hazardous products (i.e. Aerosols, Polishes, Compounds, Paint, Adhesives, Liquids, Solvents, Etc.) can only be shipped via ground services (i.e. Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground).

 

Out of Stock Items:

In the event that we are Out of Stock on your specific item, we will either drop ship your item from an affiliate warehouse closest to you or we will contact you by e-mail and let you know the status.

 

Free Shipping Promotion: 

Currently, We have a Free Shipping Promotion if your order value exceeds $150.00 for standard ground shipping (i.e. Fed-Ex Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Parcel Select). Here are the exclusions for this Free Shipping Promotion.

  • Your order must be shipping to the contiguous 48 United States. (HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded.)
  • Certain products may be excluded or an overweight or oversized packaging fee may be added for overly heavy products.
  • Closeouts, Special Orders, Verbal bulk quotes, and other special prices may be excluded.

Late or No Arrival:

If your order is late or has not arrived you will need to check the status of your order by Logging In to your account. Next click on "Check My Order Status". Then click "Track My Order". This will give you information about your order. If your order shipped via Fed-Ex or UPS and you didn't get a tracking number please give us a call at 1-888-709-8131 and ask for the Internet Sales Dept. and we will check the status for you (Please have your Order I.D. ready).

If your order shows that it has not shipped yet it may be "Out Of Stock". For "Out Of Stock" items we generally send an e-mail informing you of the status and lead time. If you did not receive an e-mail please check your "Junk Mail" or "Trash Mail" folders. If you need further assistance please contact us. 

 

Return Policy:

For Damaged/Defective Items:

If your order was damaged in transit or defective upon opening package please contact us within 30 days of purchase date. In transit, the damage will be covered by the carrier and must go through a claims process. Please keep all the packaging including the box and the packing inside. Please note, pictures will be required to process the claim. 
 
FedEx/UPS:
 
If you do not purchase Route Package Protection with your order, any damaged, lost, or stolen packages can only be insured up to $100 as per FedEx/UPS policy. Photos will need to be submitted within 7 days of delivery for all damaged items in order for a claim to be submitted. After 7 days from delivery, no claims will be accepted. 
 
Non-Damaged Items:
 
Returns for non-damaged products will be handled on an individual basis and must be approved by R & E Paint Supply and be within 30 days of purchase date. A restocking fee of 20% will apply and will be subtracted from your refund dollar amount. Customers will be responsible for return shipping, and we do not refund the original shipping cost from your order. 
 
For returns, you must contact us by emailing us at orders@repaintsupply.com. Please make sure to include your order number and list what products you would like to return and the reason for return.  Items can only be returned within 60 days of purchase unless outlined below. 
 
When you contact us, we will issue you an RMA number, which is typically the order #-RMA. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package or write the RMA # on a piece of paper and include it inside the package. Send your return package to:

Please Note: Items or Orders Returned without an RMA number will be discarded and a refund will not be processed. 
 
Once we receive the item or order and verify the condition to be as stated in the RMA request we will then process your return.

Items not available for return/refund:
  • Special order items, Closeouts, and other specially priced items cannot be returned.
  • Custom mixed bed-liner tints cannot be returned.

Items that have a limited return timeframe:

  • Any item that the original packaging has been opened or damaged cannot be returned.
